Ayesha Khan (born 13 September 2002) is an Indian actress who works in Telugu and Hindi Cinema. She is well known for her appearance in Bigg Boss Season 17, debuted in TV series with, Baalveer Returns (2019). Ayesha latter made her film debut in Telugu, Mukhachitram (2022) and starred in commercially successful films like Om Bheem Bush, Gangs of Godvavari and Manamey.
Early life
Ayesha was born on 13 September 2002 in Mumbai into a Hindi-speaking Muslim family. Her father, Shahab Khan, was born in Pakribarawan, Bihar and settled in Mumbai. Her brother, Shahbaz Khan, is an officer in the Indian Merchant Navy.
Career
Ayesha began her career in 2020 as a junior artist with her television debut in Ekta Kapoor's daily soap Kasauti Zindagi Kay. In 2020, she was seen in a television show Balveer Returns, as Birba.
Following her debut, Ayesha was a contestant on the 17th season of Bigg Boss in 2023. Ayesha gained significant recognition after her appearance in the show.
She also made a special appearance in the music video for the song Motha from the Telugu film, Gangs of Godavari.
She is also confirmed to appear as a star role in Jaat, the upcoming Bollywood directorial debut of Gopichand Malineni starring Sunny Deol. The first look poster was announced on 20 October 2024.
